FRANK A. TROUTMAN, age 72, of Dandridge, TN died Sunday morning, September 24, 2006 at his home. Frank was a retired employee of New Jersey Zinc Mines after 29 years of service and following retirement, owned and operated the Dandridge Coin Laundry. He also enjoyed farming and raising cattle. Preceded in death by father, Sam Troutman; mother and step-father, Ruby and George Newman. Survived by wife, Frances "Peck" Troutman; sons, Jim Troutman and Jerry Troutman, all of Dandridge; grandchildren, Kerry Zee and husband, Ben Steinberg, Luke and wife, Amanda Troutman, and Bradley Troutman; great grandson, Aiden Troutman. The family suggests that memorials be directed to a favorite charity. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 26, 2006 at Farrar Dandridge Chapel with Dr. Robert McCray officiating. Interment graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 27, 2006 at Dandridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
