Frances Elizabeth Riley Jarnigan

MRS. FRANCES ELIZABETH RILEY JARNIGAN, age 82, of Jefferson City, TN, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 5, 2012. She is resting after a long illness. She was of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by husband of 62 years, Joe Lee Jarnigan; father, Charles Riley and mother, Virgie Young Arwood. Survived by children, Janice Lowery (Bob), Joan Brown (Wayne), Jerry Jarnigan (Dottie), Teresa Crowe (Ronnie); grandchildren, Paula Reagon (Roy), Bobby Lowery (Kathleen), Lee Jarnigan (Amy), Shannon Dalton (Norman), Jason Jarnigan (Leslie), Rachel Crowe and Derrick Crowe; ten great-grandchildren; special daughter, Linda Jarnigan; brothers, T. W. Northern (deceased wife, Edna), Edward Riley (Charlotte), whom we owe special thanks; special people who helped with Moma - Jean, Jimmy, Paula and Martha. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Monday, December 10, 2012 at Farrar Funeral Home with Rev. George Dotson and Rev. Clay Baysinger officiating. Family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
