Frances Bouler

FRANCES BOULER, age 86, of Jefferson City, TN passed away on March 29, 2023. She was an active member of First Baptist Church of Jefferson City. She received her degree from Carson Newman College and her master’s degree from the University of Tennessee, after which she was a devoted teacher for many years. She loved her family and especially her grand children whom she was known to as Mama B. Preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Inez Pipkin; step-mother, Alyce Joyce Pipkin. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Susan Bouler; grandchildren, Ronda Blevins (David), Jonathan Bouler, Lindsay Lowery (Phillip); great-grandchildren, Alyssa Blevins, Brayden Blevins, Blake Lowery, and Blair Lowery; sister, Katherine Bullard; brother, Marvin Pipkin (Anne Marie) nephews, Brian Bullard, Christopher Pipkin and Jeremy Pipkin.  In lieu of flowers, per her request, please make memorials to a charity or need of your choice. Special thanks to Dewitt Assisted Living and the nursing staff at University of Tennessee Medical Center for their loving care. In honor of her request, no services will be held.
