BOATMAN, age 69, of Dandridge, TN was born July 20, 1938 and died June 9, 2008. She was a member of Browns Chapel Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband, Rayford Dean Boatman; parents, Andrew and Kathleen Lee; brothers, Albert Lee of Belmont, NC and Victor (Jake) Lee of Jefferson City; sister, Ann Sellars of Dandridge. She is survived by her son, Donnie Boatman, Crystal and her daughter, Tristan; grandson, Sidney (George) Boatman and Sherry and her children, Katrina and Alexis; granddaughters, Dawn (Carl) Branch and Ashley Howard; great-grandsons, Codie Branch and Cameron Boatman; great-granddaughter, Cara Branch; sisters, Mary Ellen Lee of Morristown and Alberta (Bob) Gann of Dandridge. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Thursday, June 12, 2008 from the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Reverend William (Doodle) Bradley officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will gather at 10:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home to proceed to Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
