Frances Ann "Annie" Webber

FRANCES ANN ?ANNIE? WEBBER, a resident of Regency Retirement Village in Morristown and formerly of Jefferson City, TN passed away suddenly on June 28, 2010. Preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, C. E. ?Bud? Webber; her parents, Charles and Margaret Cappel; sister, Peg Morris; and granddaughter, Elizabeth Leigh Daugherty. Ann is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Leigh and Wade Hustad of Talbott, TN, Melissa and Kevin Daugherty of Tijeras, New Mexico; grandchildren, Noah and Ben Eller, Ross, John, Maris and Maggie Daugherty. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. Friday, July 2, 2010 at Farrar Funeral Home in Jefferson City. Due to her long-time devotion to dog rescues, the family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Noah?s Arc Animal Rescue, P. O. Box 1031, Talbott, TN 37877.
