Rev. Floyd Hart, age 91 of Dandridge, passed away on Monday evening, September 23, 2002 at his home. He was a charter member and deacon of the Green Hill Baptist Church and ministered, along with wife, Estelle, at the Jefferson County Nursing Home for over 26 years and was a retired farmer. Preceded in death by his wife, Estelle Shrader Hart and daughter, JoAnn Hart Jones Luther. He is survived by his son-in-law, David Luther of Sneedville; grandchildren Sharon and Jeff Kyhnle, David and Kimberly luther; great grandchildren, Justina Kuhnle, Billy and Emma Luther, Sarah, Justin and Paul; special niece, Juanita Worth and husband, J. W.; several nieces and nephews; special frined, W. D. gofrth and special thanks to Millei Branner, his caregiver and the Aventa Hospice Healthcare. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Green Hill Baptist Building Fund, P.O. Box 575, Dandridge, TN 37725. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 25, 2002 at the Green Hill Baptist Church with Reverend Ennis Mills, Reverend Len McElyea and Brother W. D. Goforth officiating. Interment to follow at Hill Crest Cemetery. Family will receive friends Tuesday evening, September 24, 2002 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
