OBITUARY: FLORA IMOGENE MOREE, age 83, of Knoxville, TN passed away at Jefferson County Nursing Home on Sunday, October 14, 2007. She was a member of Grants Chapel United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by husband, Clyde R. Moree; parents, Hobert and Nora Lafolette Tipton; parents-in-law, Harley and Naomi Moree; brothers, George and Rex Tipton; sisters, Pauline Clevenger and Irene Flynn; brother-in-law, Levonne Moree. She is survived by sister, Maxine Bettis of Knoxville; brothers, Floyd, Ben and James Tipton, all of Dandridge; special niece, Pamela Joy Collins, beloved niece, Charlene Hodges; many more nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors. A special thank you to Jefferson County Nursing Home staff and doctors for their care. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 16, 2007 from the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Reverend Tommy Lindsey officiating. Graveside interment service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Hillcrest Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
