Fay Byrd

Fay Byrd, age 77, of Talbott, TN passed away Saturday, June 14, 2014 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center following a brief illness. She was a Member of Manley Baptist Church of Morristown. She retired from Hamblen Co. School System, having taught at Alpha Elementary for 35 years. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of over 30 years, Floyd Byrd. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Myra and Mark Byrd-Lawson of Knoxville, daughter and fiance’, Lisa Byrd and Larry Quarles of Talbott; brother and sister-in-law, Clifford and Louise Davis of Knoxville; nephews, Jeff and Marvin Davis. Private graveside services will be held at a later date. The family requesst that memorial donations be made to: Noah’s Arc Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 1031, Talbott, TN 37877.
