EVERETT CLARENCE FEEZEL, born July 27, 1925, passed away after an extended illness Tuesday, March 30, 2004 at Mariner Health Care Facility in Newport. He was a retired farmer and a Naval Veteran of World War II, serving his country as Carpenters Mate Second Class. Preceded in death by parents, E. C. and Mae Feezel; sister, Faye Hill. Survived by sister and caregiver, Ina Norris of Dandridge; nieces, Becky Dance of Chestnut Hill, Cathy Bush and husband Jack Cobin Bush of Newport' nephew, Craig Norris and wife, Beth of Columbia, TN; grand nieces and nephews, Megan and Derrick Stinson, Kristi and nick Oakes, Stan and Allie Norris, Rob dorner, Marina and Willis Oakes; step grandsons, Chris and Tery of Knoxville; special aunt, Imogene Thomas; special friends and cousins, Jerri and Bill Anderson, Judy Morgan, Lucy Fox, Calvin Williamson; and a host of other cousins and friends. Funeral service will be 3 p.m. thursday, April 1, 2004 at Burchfield Memorial united Methodist church with the Rev. Robert Brewer and rev. Jerry Colbert officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 until 3 Thursday at the church prior to the service.
