She was of the Methodist faith. Survived by special friend and companion, Maxwell Slayton; son, Billy Nelson of Knoxville; daughter, Vanessa Chesney of Knoxville; two grandsons and two granddaughters; mother, Mildred Forsyth of Knoxville; brothers, John, Larry and Keith Forsyth; sister, Connie Long; several nieces and nephews. Memorial funeral services will be held at the home of Maxwell Slayton at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, December 3, 2005. The family will receive friends immediately following the memorial service.
