Evelyn E. Chandler

Evelyn E. Chandler, age 97, of White Pine, TN passed away at Jefferson County Nursing Home on March 12, 2013. She was a member of First Baptist Church of White Pine. She is preceded in death by her husband, Boyd Chandler; parents, Hugh Taylor Yates and Elizabeth McNabb Yates. Survivors include her son, Tim Chandler; niece, Gail (Ron) Fell of Stone Mountain, GA; nephew Tracy L. Trent; and niece Elizabeth L Fell. She also has 5 great-nieces and nephews that Evelyn considered her grandchildren, and there are several other nieces, nephews and other family members. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2013, 7:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home in White Pine with the Rev. Brian Osborne officiating. Graveside Interment will be held on Friday, March 15, 2013 in White Pine Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Thursday from 5-7:00pm prior to the funeral service.
