Evalena S Derrick

Evalena Stephenson Derrick, age 82 of the Point Pleasant Community, passed away at Physicians Regional Hospital on Sunday, April 2, 2017. She is preceded in death by her parents; Raymond and Delsie Holt Stephenson and husband Tommy Derrick. She is survived by her sons and several other family members. Graveside Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 5, 2017, 11:00am in Point Pleasant Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 from 5-7:00pm in the chapel of Farrar Funeral Home, White Pine. The family has requested that In Lieu of Flowers Memorial Donations be made to Farrar Funeral Home, P.O. Box 206, White Pine, TN 37890, to help with the final expenses.
