Eula M. (Breeden) Patterson

EULA M. (BREEDEN) PATTERSON, age 88 of Dandridge, TN went home to be with the Lord on Thusday, January 29, 2004 following an extended illness. She was the oldest member of the Grant's Chapel United Methodist Church and was presently a resident of the Life Care Center of Jefferson City. She was the daughter of the late Harvey Breeden and Lula Tmplin Breeden and was preceded in death by husbands, Carl Galbarith and Clora Patterson; brothers, Ray, Turner and Junior Breeden and step daughter, Helen Lafolette. She is survived by a devoted sister and brother in law, Imogene and J. T. Chambers, with whom she made her home until moving to Life Care; stepson and wife, Norman and Jewell Patterson; sisters in law, Mary Sue Breeden and Blanche breeden; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews; a special "caring" nephew, Don Breeden. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 1, 2004 at Grant's Chapel United Methodist church with Rev. Darrell Chambers, her "devoted' nephew and Rev. Ginger Howe officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The body will be moved to the church to lie in state one hour before services. In lieu of flowrs, the family requests that memorials be made to the Grant's Chapel Cemetery fund, c/o Judy Roper, PO Box 72, New Market, TN 37820, or to the Douglas Cooperative Group Home, c/o Darlene Russell, 1424 Fate Rankin Rd, Jefferson City, TN 37760. The family wishes to express their gratitude and appreciation to ALL the staff of Life Care Center, who made her brief stay very comfortable.
