Eugene Presciti

EUGENE PRESCITI, age 78, of Jefferson City, TN went home to be with the Lord on June 8, 2022 at home surrounded by his loving family.  He was a devoted husband, wonderful loving father, grandfather, beloved uncle, brother and friend. He devoted his life to many children who came into his home to live. He was loved by all who knew him. He was also retired from the Department of Energy.  Preceded in death by his parents, Victor Presciti Sr. and Marjorie Aumick Presciti Trevana; daughter, Marjorie Lea Presciti; brother, Victor Presciti, Jr.; step-father, William Trevena.  He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Susan Vanderhoff Presciti; children, Dawn Presciti, Gina White, Eugene Presciti (Charlene), Victor Jr. Presciti (Heather);  grandchildren, Karen Chesson, Paula Knapp, Jonathan Knapp, Dominic Cariddi, Angelea Richards, Lauren White, Colton Presciti, Hannah Presciti, Hayley Presciti, Dylan Presciti, Tyler Kelley;  great-grandchildren, Andrew, Emma, Isabella, Sophia, Erza, Dillen, Kadin, Devon, Tatum, Jupiter, Jasper, Cooper; and a host of lifelong friends. Family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 12, 2022 at Piedmont Baptist Church. Funeral service will follow at 5:00 p.m. with Pastor Bob Neal officiating. Family and friends will gather at Piney Grove Cemetery on Monday, June 13, 2022 for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service.
