Eugene "Pete" Thomas

EUGENE “PETE” THOMAS, age 90, of Knoxville, TN passed away November 14, 2018 with his devoted wife of 68 years by his side. Preceded in death by his father and mother, Bernice and Ruth Thomas, and sister, Donna Satterfield. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, Hillis; son, Danny Thomas (Tonja); daughters, Cathy Tarver and Patricia Wiles (Ernie); seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, other family members and many friends. He was known for his loving and generous heart and liked to reminisce about his work driving a truck for 43 years. He will forever be loved and never forgotten. Family will receive friends from 11:00 until 12:00 noon on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Farrar Funeral Home in Jefferson City. Following the visitation family and friends will gather at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for a 12:30 p.m. graveside service with Pastor Rick Lemons officiating.
