Eugene "Gene" Kinder

Eugene “Gene” Kinder, age 82 of Talbott, TN passed away Saturday, November 30, 2019, at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. He is preceded in death by his parents, Hollis and Hazel Kinder, brothers, Jerry and Harold Kinder. He was a member of Morristown Church of Christ, a veteran of the U.S. Army, and coach of girls softball for over 25 years. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Patsy Kinder, son, Matthew (Angie) Kinder, daughter, Kara (Douglas) Winfield, grandchildren, Ashlynn (Andrew), Macy, and Katie, great grandchildren, Jackson and Harper, brothers, Don (Gail) Kinder, and Kenneth (Beverly) Kinder, sister-in-law, Barbara Kinder, and several nieces and nephews. Memorial funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at Farrar Funeral Home with Blaine Kelly officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday evening prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.
