CURL, age 71, of Rutledge, TN passed away at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, September 23, 2004 at Lakeway Regional Hospital in Morristown following a brief illness. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church and a retired butcher from Winn-Dixie. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Army. Preceded in death by son, Michael Curl; parents, Boyce and Mossie Curl; sisters, Wanda Kennedy and Hazel Curl. Survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Jill and Bob Molzon of Rutledge, and Sherry and William Russo of Bellevue, Nebraska; grandson, Paul Moyers; very special friend, Barbara Bradley; two step grandchildren and four step great grandchildren; brother, David Curl of Rutledge; one niece and one nephew. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Saturday, September 25, 2004 at Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Reverend Todd Stinnett officiating. Family and friends will gather 1:45 p.m. Sunday, September 26, 2004 at Oakland Baptist Church Cemetery for a 2:00 p.m. graveside interment service. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.
