Elizabeth Gaines Henry

Elizabeth Gaines Henry, age 46, of Dandridge, TN passed away Friday, June 17, 2011 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. She was of the Methodist faith. She was a graduate of Trinity Preparatory School in Winter Park, FL, attended Florida State University, former employee of Walt Disney World and member of the DAR. Survived by husband, James W. Henry of Dandridge; daughter, Tiffany Elizabeth (Joshua) Collins of Morristown; grandson, Aiden Glynn Collins; parents, Fredric and Ruth Gaines of Sanford, FL; brother, Fredric and Susan Gaines III; mother-in-law, Kay Henry of Kodak; brother-in-law, John S. (Gabriella) Henry of Sevierville; several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be 7:00 p.m. Monday, June 20, 2011 at Farrar Funeral Home, Dandridge with Rev. Jay Ferguson officiating.
