Edward J. Nicole

EDWARD J. NICOLE, age 64 of Dandridge, TN died August 5, 2003 at his home after a courageous battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gottlieb and Cleo Nicole and brother, John. He was a graduate of the Central Catholic High School of Ft. Wayne, IN in 1957 and was a dedicated member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, where he served as a Knights of columbus member. Edward was retired from Phillips Consumer Electronics after 34 years of service and had served in the United States Air National Guard. a very caring and generous husband, father and grandfather and will be sadly missed by his survivors, including his loving and devoted wife of 43 years, Donna; son, Steve and his wife Fran; daughter, Karen and her husband, Doug; grandchildren, Bradley, Shelby, Christopher and Kevin; sisters, Jeannine ervin, Mary Ellen Matasky and Joellen Treace and several nieces, nephews and close friends. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorials be made to the holy Trinity Catholic Church, 475 Highway 92, Jefferson City, TN 37760. Funeral Mass services will be held Monday, August 11, 2003 at 8 p.m. at the holy Trinity Catholic Church with Rev. Father Dan Whitman officiating. Interment graveside services will be held Tuesday, 10 a.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at the church prior to services.
