Edna Swann

EDNA JAMES SWANN, age 92, of Jefferson City, TN went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 17, 2010. She was a resident of the Jefferson County Nursing Home. Preceded in death by her husband, Bill Swann and son, Winston. She will be sadly missed by her children, Howard Swann, Eugene Swann and wife Janice, Linda Sue Collins, Patty Peters and husband Shurl, and David Swann; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; brothers, Scott and Frances James and Junior and Freda james; sister, Essie Moore; several nieces and nephews. A special thank you to the staff at Jefferson County Nursing Home. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at Farrar Funeral Home in Jefferson City with Reverend Tim Collins officiating. Family and friends will gather at 9:45 a.m. Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at Hills Union Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
