TINSLEY, age 92, of Jefferson City, Tennessee, passed away on Friday evening, June 18, 2004 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. He was a member and elder of First Presbyterian Church and the owner of Tinsley and Clifton Jewelry Store for 35 years. He was preceded in death by his parents and six brothers and sisters. Survived by his wife of 49 years, Lucille Jennings Tinsley; daughter, Dianne Reagan and husband, Johnny; two granddaughters, Rachel and Abby, all of Jefferson City, Tennessee. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Sunday, June 20, 2004 at the First Presbyterian Church in Jefferson City with Reverend Russ Weekley officiating. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Monday, June 21, 2004 at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Jefferson City.
