Born and raised in Jefferson County, he was a retired employee of the Jefferson County Highway Department. Survived by wife, Inez Fox; children, Linda Rolen, Mike Fox and Jim Fox; grandchildren, Diane Sturgill, Amy Rolen, and Trace Rolen. Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 17, 2005 at 7 p.m. at Farrar Dandridge Chapel with Rev. Troy Duncan and Brother Frankie Edmonds officiating. Interment graveside services will be Friday, 10:00 a.m. at Hills Union Cemetery.
