Doyle Ray Manis

Doyle Ray Manis, age 72, of White Pine, TN, went to be with the Lord on August 24, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rufus and Dorothy Manis. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Marilyn Deering Manis; daughter, Donna Yates; granddaughter and husband, Jessica and Will Jones; grandson, Joshua Loveday; and special pet, Garfield. He also is survived by his family at Sanitary Drug Co. where he was a dedicated worker for over 50 years. Doyle also leaves behind his supportive church family at Harvest Outreach Church. Doyle was a quiet man who loved the Lord and was a loving family man. He enjoyed life with numerous interests. He loved drinking coffee on his front porch and reading the newspaper, reading biographies, journaling various information about events, dates, and the weather. He also enjoyed traveling and trying out new restaurants. He was a man known for his impeccable appearance. Doyle will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Family will receive friends at Harvest Outreach Church from 5:30-8:00 p.m. on Monday, August 27th, with service following at 8:00 p.m. Interment on Tuesday, August 28th at 11:00 a.m. at White Pine Cemetery.
