She was a member of the Ebenezer United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by her parents, David Henry Sartain and Julie Thomas Sartain; sister, LaVina Smith; brothers, Dewey, Lonnie, Cecil, Paul and Frank Sartain. She is survived by one brother, James H. Sartain of White Pine and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 26, 2004 at the Farrar White Pine Chapel with Reverend Rose Mincey and Reverend Bernie Cagle officiating. Interment graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 27, 2004 at Ebenezer Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home prior to the service.
