She was preceded in death by her parents, Henley Edgar and Nancy (Lynch) Snavely; first husband, George Shelby; brothers, Howard, Robert and James Snavely; sister, Edith Williams; son, David Nelson Breeding; and grandson, John Paul Moyers. Survivors include her huband of 40 years, Delbert N. Breeding, Sr. of White Pine; daughters, Dorothy (Don) Beckner of Morristown, Carol (Nicholas) Alvarez of Greensburg, Indiana, Dianne (Jerry) Sinard and Sarah (Jeff) Horner, both of White Pine; and son, Samuel (Nancy) Shelby III of Seymour, Indiana; twin sister, Doris (Barney) Baker of Tampa, Florida and sister, Lila Williams of Tyler, Texas; step-daughters, Teri (Richard) Barrett of Indianapolis, Indiana, Cindy (Tom) Bruni, Sr. of Lansing, Michigan, and Lois Hester; step-sons, Delbert N. Breeding, Jr. of Muskegon Heights, Michigan and Raymond (Renee) Breeding of Waterford, Michigan; twenty one grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews; also a special friend and "adopted" daughter, Kathy Frankford of Morristown, TN. A special thanks to all the nurses of Morristown-Hamblen Hospital, Dr. Mejia, and Dr. Tan for all their special care, and special friend, Lucille Hubbard of Talbott, TN. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Friday, May 2, 2008 at Farrar Funeral Home in White Pine with Reverend T. H. Ferrell officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service. Graveside interment service will be held at 12:00 noon Saturday, May 3, 2008 at Harrell-McGinnis Cemetery in Thornhill, TN. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Barrett, Brian Frankford, Bryant Frankford, Burt Frankford, Jeff Horner and Jerry Sinard.
