Dorothy J. King Johnson

DOROTHY J. KING JOHNSON, age 85, of Jefferson City, TN and formerly of Plainfield, Indiana, passed away on February 8, 2011 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Dandridge First United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by husband, Richard Johnson; daughter, Debbie Johnson and sister, Hilda Collins. She is survived by son, Donald Johnson; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 10, 2011 from the Farrar Dandridge Chapel. Family will receive friends from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family will then receive friends on Saturday, February 12, 2011 from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. at Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home in Plainfield, Indiana with funeral service to follow at 10:30 a.m. Graveside interment service will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery.
