Dorothy L. Hill

DOROTHY L. HILL, age 90, of Jefferson City, TN passed away April 18, 2016 at Jefferson County Nursing Home. She was a member of Buffalo Grove Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Clayton B. Hill; and son, Ronald Hill. Survived by her daughter, Linda (Garry) Carr; daughter-in-law, Brenda Hill; grandchildren, Scott (Bernice) Hill, Angie (Joe) Raines, Rick (Rachael) Carr, Susie (T.J.) Wears; great-grandchildren, Julie Bailey, Chase Bailey, Thomas Hill, Zachary Wears, Revan Raines, Josie Wears; step-great-granddaughter, Haley Raines; sisters, Jean Greenlee, Hazel (Bob) Laws, Janet (Johnny) Shelton; brother, Bobby (Rosemary) Collier; brother-in-law, Blair (Lois) Hill; and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Hodges Cottage Jefferson County Nursing Home for the excellent care she received while there. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Farrar Funeral Home in Jefferson City with memorial service to follow at 2:00 p.m. Private interment at Buffalo Grove Cemetery in Jefferson City.
