Dorothy "Dot" L. Foland Williams

DOROTHY L. FOLAND “DOT” WILLIAMS, age 86, of Dandridge, TN passed away Thursday morning, July 16, 2015 at Morristown-Hamblen Health Care Center. She was the daughter of the late Charlie and Lela Fowler Foland. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ralph Williams; and brother, Billy Foland. Dot was a member of the Grace Baptist Church and was a long-time employee of Tennessee Handbags. She is survived by her sister, Bonnie Williams; brothers and sisters-in-law, Curtis and Wilma Jane Foland and Garland and Evelyn Foland; several nieces and nephews. The family expresses their sincere appreciation to the staff of Jefferson County Nursing Home for their tender loving care. Funeral services Friday, July 17, 2015, 7:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tommy Lindsey officiating. Interment graveside services, Saturday, 10:00am at Hillcrest Cemetery.
