Doris (Yvonne) Gibbs

DORIS (YVONNE) GIBBS, age 70, of New Market, TN passed away at 4:00 a.m. Saturday, June 28, 2008 at Ft. Sanders Parkwest Medical Center following a brief illness. She was a dedicated member of Central Heights Baptist Church in Dandridge. Preceded in death by parents, Harry and Ruth Fegaro. Survived by dedicated and loving husband of 27 years, Colin Gibbs; loving daughter, Carla Wallin and her favorite son-in-law, Wesley Wallin of Knoxville; dedicated sons, Mark E. Clements (Robyn) of Knoxville and Andrew K. Clements (Kenny) of Knoxville. She was a loving grandmother to her special grandchildren, Courtney Wallin of Knoxville, Adam Wallin of Knoxville and Joshua (Osh) Wallin of Knoxville, whom she shared a bond with that was much more like her very own son. She is also survived by her sister, Vi Gowey of Knoxville; brother and sister-in-law, Ervin and Hazel Fegaro of Montgomery, AL; several nieces and nephews; very special family friends, Dustin Baker of Knoxville and Sharon McBride of California. A heartfelt thank you goes out to the staff of the CCU at Parkwest Medical Center. Graveside funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at Hillcrest Cemetery with Reverend Jesse Buell officiating.
