DONNA “WYATT” WHIPP, age 71, of Jefferson City, TN went home to be with the Lord on June 19, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family. She was a caring and loving wife of 41 years, a loving mother, a doting grandmother, and a devoted daughter and sister. She was a willing and generous caregiver to anyone who needed her. Preceded in death by her parents, Gladys Doris Wyatt and Louis Kenneth Wyatt; and younger sister, Diana Lynn Magyar. She is survived by her beloved husband of 41 years, James L. Whipp; sons, Steven E. Mitchem and wife, Conni R. Mitchem, Richard M. Mitchem and wife, Tina M. Mitchem; grandchildren, Amanda Brooks of GA, Kelsey Mitchem of TN, Ryan Mitchem of GA, Taia Mitchem of TN, Melissa Mitchem of TN, and Zoe Smith-Mitchem of TN; great-grandchildren, Rebecca Lynn, Kylie and Lane; special grandchildren, Natalie Smith, Summer Garey and Eric Watson; brothers and sister, Dennis Wyatt, Danny Wyatt and Darlene Andis, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at Jefferson Memorial Gardens with Rev. Mark Campbell officiating.
