Donna Mae Lane

LANE, DONNA MAE, age 56, of Dandridge, TN passed away on Friday, July 14, 2017, God called one of his angels back to heaven. Mrs. Lane fought a strong battle against cancer and finally lost the fight. She was a strong and courageous woman who didn't let anything keep her down. Mrs. Lane was born in Memphis, TN and resided in Dandridge Tennessee. She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Mark Lane; two children, Christina Ann Hanson an Mathew Ray Allen; one daughter in law, Katherine Amelia Cornish-Allen; three grandchildren, Kristopher Lloyd Hanson, Thomas Elwyn Hanson, and Taylor Mae Farrar; a granddaughter in law, Amber Lynn Hanson, brother, Harold Dwayn Allen, mother-in-law, Lucy Benson, father-in-law Robert Benson, sister-in-law, Sandy Dockery and many neices and nephews. Donna Lane loved traveling, spending time with her family and especially fishing. Mrs. Lane is proceeded in death by her mother, father, and a brother. She made a big place in everyone's hearts she came across. Mrs. Donna Mae Lane will truly be missed by everyone. The family wishes if you want to send flowers please instead donate to a cancer society of your choice. Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 16, 2017, 7:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Troy Duncan officiating. Interment graveside services will be Monday, 11:00am at Hills Union Cemetery, pallbearers will be Kristopher Hanson, Joshua Allen, Jason Young, Richard Breeding, Barry Lane and Daryl Manning. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 5:00 to 7:00pm prior to services at FARRAR FUNERAL HOME, DANDRIDGE.
