DONNA BARBEE, age 65, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2015. Preceded in death by mother, Myrtle Stout; brothers, Ronald and Charles Conley Stout. Survived by children, Donnette Dye and Dewayne Barbee; grandson, Tyler Barbee; great-granddaughter, Gracelynn Barbee; brothers and sisters, Denny Stout, Joe Stout, Judy Brown and Dennis Stout; special niece, Julie Tilley; several other nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 19, 2015 at Farrar Funeral Home with Dr. Sonny Strange officiating. Graveside interment service will follow at Westview Cemetery.
