Donald Dalton

Donald Dalton, age 88, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Jefferson County Nursing Home. Preceded in death by wife, Velma Dalton, and three brothers. Mr. Dalton was a long time member and deacon of Emmanuel Baptist Church for over 50 years and retired from New Jersey Zinc Mines. Survived by daughter, Rojean Ellis and husband Tim; son, Zoe Dalton and wife Jean; eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren; brothers, Fred, Clifford and Carl Dalton; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be 7:00 p.m. Monday, March 23, 2015 at Emmanuel Baptist Church, Jefferson City with Dr. Sonny Strange officiating. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service.
