YOUNG, age 84, of Talbott, TN passed away at 6:30 a.m. Thursday, January 6, 2005 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital following a lingering illness. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Buford Young; daughter, Loretta Keaton; parents, Sam and Mattie McDaniel; granddaughter, Vickie Keaton; four brothers and three sisters. Survived by son, Larry Young of Georgia; sons and daughters-in-law, Bobby and Lillian Young, Richard and Jeanette Young, all of Ohio; nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; sister, Virginia Gann of Morristown; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Friday, January 7, 2005 at the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Reverend Ralph Benfield and Reverend Tommy Lindsey officiating. Family and friends will gather at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 8, 2005 at Farrar Funeral Home to proceed to Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside entombment service. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
