Diana R Payne, age 74 of White Pine, went to be with Jesus at her home, surrounded by her family on Thursday, February 15, 2024. She was a good Christian woman who always had a prayer for anyone in need. Diana was a loving wife, mother and Mamaw.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Thelma Vaughn, brother, Steve Vaughn and sister, Sherry Brumfield.

Diana is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Sam Payne, children, Angela Deaton, Rebecca Doss, Cindy Brown and Samantha Resnick, 12 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, brother, Ron Vaughn and several nieces, nephews and other family members.

Graveside Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February, 24, 2024, 1:00pm in White Pine Cemetery.
