Devera H. Baxley

Devera Hope Baxley, age 70, went to be with her Savior on June 21. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cooper and Peggy Manning, and brother Gregg Manning. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Randy Baxley; daughters Mindy (Brian) Osborne and Larissa (Cory) Harkleroad; brother Gary (Debbie) Manning; grandchildren Madyson, Bryson, and Jackson Osborne; Dylan, Cally, and Sonner Harkleroad; niece Heather Manning. Several special friends and members of her church family. The family would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to White Pine Fire, Jefferson County EMS, Jefferson County Sheriff, and Jefferson County E911 for their unparalleled professionalism and courtesy. The family will receive friends Sunday, July 2, from 3:00 to 6:00 with a celebration of life to follow at FBC White Pine, Rev. Brian G. Osborne officiating.
