DAVID B. SMITH, age 70, of Knoxville, TN passed away suddenly Sunday, December 9, 2012 at his residence. He was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church of Oak Ridge, and was retired from Knoxville Beverage Company and Kroger, Inc. Preceded in death by his parents, Archie and Elizabeth Smith; and sister, Mary Wayman. Survived by daughter, Sherri Smith of the home; granddaughter, Alicia Smith of Rutledge; great-grandson, Shayden McCall of Rutledge; niece, Lisa Stamm of Knoxville; sister, Opal Callaway of Blaine, TN; several other relatives and friends. Memorial funeral service will be 7:00 p.m. Friday, December 14, 2012 at First Cumberland Presbyterian Church of Oak Ridge with Rev. James Buttram, Jr. officiating.
