DAVID R. JAMES,age 65, of Dandridge, TN passed away Thursday, February 26, 2004 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. He was preceded in death by parents, Ralph and Jetta (Hodges) James; grandparents, Dr. William and Biddie (Snodderly) Hodges, Riley and Alice (Sutton) James. Survived by sister, Dorothy A. Harbin and husband, James; brother, Danny R. James and wife, Becky; niece, Sarah A. James; nephew, Robert L. James; special aunt, Retta Ketner, who made her home with David; special friends, Mildred Haag and Kinsler family; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Graveside funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 29, 2004 in the Piedmont Cemetery with rev. Billy D. Shelton officiating, followed by militry honors with Volunteer State Honor Guard.
