David Earl Foster

David Earl Foster, age 49 of Jefferson City, TN passed away Friday, September 14, 2018 at 3:00 a.m. at the University Of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. He was preceded in death by his father James T. Foster, brother, Terry Wayne Foster, and grandparents. He is survived by his mother, Lillian S. Large, sister, Brenda (Robbie) Underwood, brother, James Lester (Becky) Foster, half-sisters, Donna Cochran and Fonda Newman, half-brother, Jimmy Foster, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, two great nieces, and a great nephew. The family will receive friends at the home of his mother, Lillian Large.
