David Dewayne England

David Dewayne England, age 47 of Knoxville, passed away September 29, 2024.

Dewayne had worked nearly three decades in automotive sales, making several friends across the country. He never met a stranger, and all who knew him loved him. He will be remembered as a loving son, brother, and father. His unforgettable smile and laugh will be missed.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John Owens, Roberta Tatum, Hobert & Wilma Collins; great-grandparents, Pauline & Henry Owens; step-parents, Jesse Phillips & Becky Collins;

He is survived by his parents, Jerry Collins & Sharon Phillips; grandmother, Glenda Owens; children, Mikaela England, Keira (Blake) Luttrell, & Tanner England; grandson, Kolton Wayne Luttrell; siblings, Heather England and Tiffany (Matthew) Lackey; special aunt & uncle, Roy & Wilma Owens; as well as many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family, & friends.

The family would like to extend special thanks to Dewayne’s close friends, including Kevin & Michelle Breeden, Chris & Jenny Seay, Gene “Cougar” & Missy Morris

A funeral service will take place at 7PM, Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at Farrar Funeral Home in Dandridge. The family will receive friends from 5PM to 7PM prior to the service. Burial will be at 11AM Thursday, October 3, 2024 at the Swann’s Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to the family.
