THACKER, of New Market, TN, passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2008 as the result of an accident. He was a good son who loved his family and friends, a gift from God that was enjoyed for 19 years. He was employed by Exterior Wall and Floor Solutions. Preceded in death by grandfather, Joe Pike; great-grandmother, Helen Pike; great-grandfather, Orville Pike; great-grandmother, Arlene Speakman. He is survived by his grandmother, Lottie Pike; mother and step-father, Heather and Jason Shults; sister, Macee Thomas; grandmother, Rhonda Shults; aunt, April Denlinger; uncle, David Thacker; cousins, Anna Hartpence, Lauren Belle Thacker, Justin Marcum, Kiana Thacker; several loving great aunts and uncles; special friends, Russell Cate and Joey McDaniel. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. at Farrar Funeral Home in Dandridge. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home on Wednesday morning at 10:00 a.m. to proceed to Cate Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service with Reverend Roy Berrier officiating.
