David Huntley Brotherton

DAVID HUNTLEY BROTHERTON, of Jefferson City, TN went home to meet the Lord on November 2, 2011. David was born on October 12, 1937. He graduated from Carson Newman College, was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Jefferson City, and had many years of farming experiences, worked on construction, tobacco markets, cattle markets, and many other endeavors, as well as being a caregiver to his brother, father, mother and aunt. David is survived by his wife, Donna; his son, Mike; daughter, Cheryl and son-in-law Ronnie; step-children, Tracy and husband Doug, Kelly and husband Luc, Travis, Tawanna and husband Mike; seven grandchildren, Caleb, Jesse, KayLynn, Lance, Tristyn, Emily Grace and Austin. He was preceded in death by his father, Quince; mother, Carroll and brother, Jimmy Lynn. He will be sadly missed by his pets, Miss Boston, Sam and CC. Funeral service was held Saturday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Farrar Funeral Home. Graveside interment service was 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Jarnigan Cemetery.
