Daniel Ray Newman

Daniel Ray Newman of Paris, KY passed away Saturday 10-02-21 at the age of 72.

Dan was born January 20, 1949 in Twin Falls, ID. He graduated from Moapa Valley High School in Overton, NV. He was a lifelong team roper, outdoorsman, and nature photographer. His hunting and fishing trips were epic adventures, and some of the best memories in his life. He travelled to all 50 states, as well as Canada and Mexico. He was a mechanic and entrepreneur. He was a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Having family and friends scattered throughout the US, no services will be held.
Dan was preceded in death by: his mother Juanita, parents Dora and G. Ray, brothers David and Ken, wife Glenda, daughter Janna, and great granddaughters Skylar and Forrest.
Dan is survived by his wife, Cheryl; siblings Mike (Jeanne) Davis, Diana (Dennis) Peterson, Darla (Matt) Herdt, Randy (Tallie) Newman, and Jan (Lucia) Newman; children, Jason (Andrea) Newman, Jessica Brown, Jill (Billy) Hall, Tori (Jason) Burnell; grandchildren Matt Newman, Kody (Casey) Newman, Kyle Newman, Kory Newman, Satin Olson, Brinley (Elijah) Lemay, Denim (Alyssa) Olson, Taylor Hall, Kaydee Hall, Jeremy Babcock, Zac Hall, and Wyatt Babcock; 13 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
