Cynthia Jo Prater

CYNTHIA JO PRATER, age 57, of Talbott, TN passed away March 13, 2019. She was a long time employee of the Jefferson City Police Department, worked for several years at Hog Heaven Gun Club, and also Echo Valley Corn Maze. Preceded in death by father, J. W. Horner. She is survived by her husband, Jeff Prater; sons, Joseph and Jonathan Prater; very special granddaughter, Malerie Daniels-Prater; mother, Jennie Horner; brother, Jason Horner (Lori) and their daughter, Jessica; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
