Coy Cleveland Willings

COY CLEVELAND WILLINGS, age 73, of Jefferson City, TN was born on December 22, 1935 and went to be with the Lord on June 22, 2009 at his home, surrounded by his family. He was retired from Norfolk-Southern Railroad after 34 years of service and was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church in Talbott, TN. Preceded in death by parents, Donald F. and Effie U. Willings; daughter, Patricia Ann Willings; brothers-in-law, James Jones, Everett Kinkead, Kyle Bellamy and J. C. Caldwell. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 47 years, JoAnn K. Willings; children, Ricky A. (Susan) Willings, and Deborah C. (David) Rutledge; grandchildren, Benjamin (Jessica) Willings, Anita (Brian) Messer, Stuart Willings, James Rutledge; sisters, Betty L. (Lonas) Hodge and Mary J. Jones; several sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday evening, June 24, 2009 from the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Reverend R. J. Seal officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 a.m. Thursday morning at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
