Constance Delilah Reagan

Constance Delilah Reagan, age 67 of Jefferson City, TN, gained her Heavenly wings on January 15, 2025 surrounded by her family. She was an Operating Room nurse for 38 years. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy and Frankie Clevenger, siblings, Jimmy T. Clevenger, Deborah Lykens, Bill Clevenger, Libby Reagon, and Jamie Clevenger. She is survived by her daughter, Jessica Reagan (Nick Shorter), and Issac (Brandi) Reagan, grandchildren, Nadia Reagan, Tyson Shorter, David Wilkinson, Cody Wilkinson, and Braden Wilkinson, niece, Angel Reagon, nephew, Chris Reagon, and several other family members. Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at Farrar Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Miller officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. prior to the memorial service at the funeral home.
