CONNIE SUE WILSON RICHARDSON, age 86, of Talbott, TN passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on July 27, 2024 at her home. She was an employee of Magnavox for 16 years, and worked in Human Resources for Rockwell International-Meritor, from which she retired after 28 years of service. She was President and Woman of the Year with American Business Women’s Association, and was a member of the Chamber of Commerce until she retired. Preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Kate Wilson; brothers, Roger, Stanley, Howard and Ray Wilson. She is survived by her sons, Randy Richardson ( Regina), and Dan Richardson (Christy); grandchildren, Shanda Brown (Tony), Brooks Richardson, Carly Richardson, and Sierra O’Neil; great-grandchildren, Ronin, Cade and Nya; sister, Earlene Hayes (Jack); sister-in-law, Ellara Wilson; and many loved nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Friday, August 2, 2024 at Farrar Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 6:00 p.m. with Rev. Richie Hayes officiating. Family and friends will gather at 1:45 p.m. Saturday, August 3, 2024 for a 2:00 p.m. graveside service at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
