Clinton A. Gibbs

Clinton A. Gibbs Jr., age 81, of Dandridge, passed away, April 2, 2019. He served his country during the Vietnam War with the Air Force. Clinton was preceded in death by his parents, Clinton A. Gibbs Sr. and Marion Barry Gibbs and an infant son Phillip Thomas Gibbs. He is survived by his wife; Dessie Burkett Gibbs, children and their spouses; Beverly (Sergio) Segura, Teresa (Hans) Staber, Cynthia Duffy, Thomas (Paula) Gibbs, Clintina (Aaron) Kidwell, Christal (Wesley) Wade, Beverly Lewis, Gene (Penny) Messick and Ken (Liz) Beck, 19 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Farrar Funeral Home in Dandridge Monday, April 15, 2019 from 11 am until 12pm, with the Memorial Service to follow. Preacher Phil Adams Jr. will be officiating the service. Inurnment will follow at Hills Union Cemetery with military honors.
