Clifford Evan McIntyre

Clifford Evan McIntyre, age 81 of Dandridge passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at his home.  He was a retired letter carrier of the United States Postal Service with over 28 years of service.  Clifford served as past president of the National Association of Letter Carriers of WV.  He also served as the past president of Letter Carriers in Charleston, WV and DeLand, FL. He was an Army Vietnam Veteran and loved being with his family. Clifford and Rose had a passion for traveling and seeing the world.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Delmer and Dana Rayhill McIntyre.

He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Rose Napier McIntyre, daughter, Tina Payne, grandson, Zachary Payne, stepson, Greg Thompson, grandsons, Tyler Lane, Zachary Thompson and Andrew Thompson, one great granddaughter and a special cousin, Charlotte.

A Memorial Service with Military Honors will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
