PARKER, age 68, of White Pine, TN passed away on Wednesday morning, August 30, 2006 at Morristown-Hamblen Hospital. Preceded in death by sons, Calvin Richard Kelley, Ronald Dale Kelley and Robert Cecil Kelley. Survived by husband, Jerry Parker of White Pine; daughter, Rebecca Arwood of White Pine; son, Charles Randall Kelley; step-sons, Kenny Parker of Morristown and Mark Parker of White Pine; brother, Cecil Alexander of White Pine; sister, Velma Bowlin of Ohio; daughter-in-law, Barbara Kelley of White Pine; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Thursday, August 31, 2006 at the Farrar White Pine Chapel with Alan Hale officiating. Family and friends will gather at 9:45 a.m. Friday, September 1, 2006 at White Pine Cemetery for a 10:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
